The way the reporter asked the question seemed pretty offensive. He could've rephrase his question so it would've been more adequate. And the fact that he doesn't ask him a question that matters to why he is there, or how it is in Norway, just makes it a bit more annoying, instead of keep asking him why he was late, like 3 times.
Pretty sure he knew he was late and he didn't accept an interview to talk about him being late. Go figure.
And if he was late because the police restrained them, it's still his fault? Whatever, if you think looking on the negative side of something like this, go ahead. But if it was me, as a reporter, I would just be glad he was there and get on with it.

Guy probably was hassled at the border which is a highly personal matter and maybe he even experienced racism during the process. And you start the interview with “you were FIVE hours late” - like wtf? No “welcome to Norway, how do you like it so far?” No “how was the trip?” Like maybe asking about why it took him a while to get there at the third or fourth question but really? Leading off with that like he is your subordinate? Just rude, doesn’t matter what your first language is, that is disrespectful. Glad Snoop didn’t tolerate that BS.
