- The spirit in the club has been ripped up and destroyed by 24 years of mismanagement by Levy and ENIC.
Ange has to go NOW - the guy is totally out of his depth and the way we are going it will be a long hard winter trying to steer clear off a relegation scrap.
Ange going is not enough as the scouting team responsible for the last few windows need to be dismissed and most important, the person presiding over the whole mess should be hanging his head in shame and withdraw from any involvement in the the football club.
As an aside I notice the arse had 5 teenagers on the bench yesterday as an indication of the regard they held for us as opponentsOne of them came on towards the end of the match.Where were our highly rated academy 'stars'.
Romero looks like a player who has seen enough. My bet is that he will be off in the summer if the right bid comes in.

Spurs recruitment has been shocking for a long time now. The never ending cycle of mediocre players coming and going, is genuinely astounding.

Levy had his chance to make something of this club when Redknapp and Poch wanted to strengthen and challenge. He got free transfers in Saha and Nelsen for one, and didn’t buy anybody for 18 months for the other.

We will be lucky if we get a top ten place at the end of the season , it's not a football club anymore it's an amusement park. I predicted we would lose I hate being right in this instance , stop giving the club your money.

Levy and Co do something strange. They pay Ferrari prices for BMW rate players and then discover that Bimmers are just not as fast. Barca paid for Dani Olmo same as we paid for Brennan Johnson.
You guys are absolutely spot on. Ange is way out of his depth.
He has no achievements in a decent league worth anything and he'll win nothing in the Premier League. His tactics or rather lack of are garbage and so easily picked apart.
What do they say about the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. And I think the players can see how dumb the tactics are too.
Vicario is a good shot stopper and that's it, his distribution and playing out of the back is absolutely shocking and puts the team in trouble several times per game.
Johnson is so frustrating you know the outcome every single time he gets the ball, ending in a piss poor shot or poor attempt at a pass or cross.
Every time we are chasing a game and I see Ange bringing Werner on I just know it's over and we are getting nothing from the game. How anyone has ever payed this guy to play football is mind boggling.
We spent money on these youngsters and where are they?! When the same old players aren't performing game in game out.
I know every time I sit down to watch a match exactly what to expect. Lots of possession without ever doing anything meaningful with it.
Being poor in the final 3rd and creating zero clear chances.

Last chance saloon for Ange. My advice. Make sure you begin with all your BEST available players on the pitch. Dragusin is a John Terry type high energy defender and yet sits on the bench. Play him with VDV and then Romero at No 6. Play 2 proper fullbacks. Gray is a good fullback. and Spence is ultra quick to get us out of trouble. Bergvall is better than Maddison who is a showboater and goes down if you blow on him. Bentancur and Porro in midfield. Son, Solanke and A N Other . I might play 4-4-2. Porro has scored 2 goals from over 100 shots. Dont let him shoot. Johnson has more chances than everyone else. He shoots, misses and then holds his head. Now he holds his head first and then shoots and misses. Vicario's 10 minute showreel before he joined us played a series of fantastic saves but NOT once did he catch the ball or hold it in his hands. Finally - sack Mason immediately. He is the connection to 'Spursy'.

As a supporter I had seasons where I started feeling apathetic towards anything Spurs related in march, maybe 1-2 times before the new years. I mean a state of resignation, hopelessness, watching games emotionless like a zombie, waiting for the season to end.
But I have never felt such a deep apathy, disconnect and indifference as i do now, in September, very beginning of the season. Its just so so bad.

I was talking to a fellow spurs fan at work and he said they we have some top players. I pointed out something that I’ve been saying for about 2 years…look at the England squad. The starting 11 and squad had a good handful of Spurs players. The international players we do have play for countries with not an abundance of talent. I think it shows the actual quality of the players we do have. Son is surrounded by mediocrity, VDV is a superstar in the making and will end up at Madrid etc at some point. Recruitment is poor and has been for really since the Potch era
Solanke is a good example of that, he has never been in contention for an England spot

With those shades on Chris B looks like Big Vern from Viz. This game reminded me of the CL final. After about 40 mins you could see the Liverpool players looking at each other and thinking is this all we've got as opposition? Whatever Spurs tried was so slow and obvious that they dealt with it without breaking a sweat. Same yesterday. Arsenal just did the basics well in defence and our build up was so static and lacking in any guile that they could see what we were thinking a mile away. We've yet to get into the meat of European games yet and already the drift of the second half of last season is continuing. Pappa Lazarou gone by Christmas and that nice Mr Southgate in to replace him?

It doesn't matter which manager comes in at any given time, things will never change with Levy at the helm. He's never properly backed, and we see what can only be described as a managed decline when it comes to replacing players. We've had proven pedigree managers calling out being failed by Levy. All this media talk of Ange-ball, Conte-ball, Mourinho-ball, Poch-ball, etc, etc... Every single one of them has merely been an enforced version of Levy-Ball. 20 odd years and a league cup, Audi cup (?), some catering awards and a place in Deloitte's rich clubs table are all Levy and his ilk have to show for it, but hey, half the fan base doesn't care about that because we've got a lovely shiny stadium and world class training grounds...

I’ve been watching all these NFL series on TV. It’s interesting seeing the mentality difference in these professional athletes who are focused solely on winning,aggression and being the best in the short career they have. Then you look at these chumps at Tottenham who clearly don’t give a shit. Being chummy with arse**l players/managers is unforgivable. They should be in a headspace of battle and losing to them should be one of the worst feelings they have in the career. I remember being at the game in 2008 when we won that cup and thinking ‘we are going to really kick on from here’ 😂 I went to my first game at White Hart Lane in 1993 and I think I’m at the lowest point with this toilet ‘brand’
Have to admire Ange's conviction. The man is unshakable in his belief in his system. Problem is are the players good enough to play it. This is the highest level league he's managed his "system" in. Last season first 10 games looked promising. Teams worked out their own system to counter Spurs. Then zero consistency due to injuries. Players in his system need to be fearless , supremely fit and very physically robust. Do Spurs really have this in depth? This season looks like it's got off to a worse start.than last year. I am not as convinced as big Ange is. Game is won or lost on margins. We dare but still don't do.

Unfortunately, most supporters have still to adjust their expectations. We are owned by a Property Management Company who are only prepared to make a minimal investment in a football operation in order to produce a Team with a thin veneer of promise to keep the revenue rolling in. Once we grasp that fact following Spurs becomes so much easier.
We can moan about Manager (he is a deranged fraud BTW), Coaches, players etc but until we rid the Club of the Levy curse nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will ever change.

I think Udogie, Bettancour and Porro were meant to fit Conte system where 3 CB's compensate for their defensive shortcomings, but their creative wide forward runs and willing to involve themselves in build ups even as a tip of the spear and would be source of saturating midfield when fighting for control of the game.
The 3-5-2 would have placed more players in positions they'd have better chance to perform to their strength. It'll relegate Johnson and Timo W to the end of the bench.

Munn and Ange as the people with the keys to the THFC football kingdom says it all. Massively out of their depth both in terms of football direction and football coaching.
Against top 6-8 teams it needs a complete rethink. Perhaps a 3-5-2 with Forster in goal, Romero, Dragusin and VDV in a 3, a midfield 5 of Porro, Sarr, Bissouma, Kulu and Udogie and Son and Richarlison/Solanke up front.
A Low-mid block with two midfielders continually sitting in front of the back 3 and one wingback dropping into the 3 when we attack. Pragmatism and promoting quick transitions when we win turnovers the way to go.
Munn is operational - he's not involved with the players - he was photographed with the latest corporate deals

Mason is part of the problem, not the solution. He continues the 'Spursiness' of failure to play well when it matters most. A table of only us agains the top six for past 30 years makes grim reading. The only time we played well away from home was during covid - when those nasty northerners couldnt shout at us.

As Per Enic / Levy Usual ,We Are Way Behind That Lot ,But That Lot Have Been Steady progressing for the past 4 yrs and now in year 5 they got rid of all the bad rubbish the club signed , had a crop of good youngsters to build on and recruited very well , but got rid of ramsdale as he didn’t fit the system ( very ruthless levy should take note on that with johnson )they’ll buy a top striker next season depending where they are in January having Jesus / sterling coming off the bench says it all

Should be jumping all over Angel Gomes before other teams get him , Bergvall looks like he’s got the technical mustard to cut it , not sure about gray watched him a lot when Leeds were playing but I won’t judge yet , Odebert looks promising but needed a slightly older winger whose reputation is on the rise who comes into the team straight away , Should give Moore some game time and lankshear as well , with Levy / Enic at the helm nothing will ever change , til everything changes from the top
