I love the sound! I'm getting a 68 or 67 Fastback restored for my Highschool Graduation and I want it JUST LIKE THIS. Except I want a 427 or a 428. How did you all get the engine and exhaust to sound like that? Most of them have a less smooth less continuous pur.

What kind of price tag does an example like this go for? I’m starting a company that builds my own brand of mustangs and I’d like to make a trade one day? A fully finished one of my cars would go for roughly $100,000-$120,000. That’s the build sheet as of right now, looking to improve later

Nothing will ever be made to such a perfection ever in time.. this is one of a kind.. and my personal favorite car.

Ashmet Taylor Awesome! This car had the factory 390 big block with factory style exhaust.
MyRod.com Really? Then why do other restorations have a less smooth sound? I know they don't put bigger cams.
Ashmet Taylor Well there's a lot of different factors... cams, mufflers, headers vs. manifolds, idle settings, and exhaust diameter to name a few.

Had one in Wimbelton White, I drove the wheels off of it then sold it for $1,000
