Nevermind black or blonde hair i really think katie would look pretty with brown hair. It would be less harsher on her skintone then she wouldnt have to tan or have the thick black eyebrows.. I think shes brilliant though. :) and she looks good.
I do really like your blonde hair but i really think you should go back to black hair :)
