How much bar does the regulator reduce from cylinder to facemask?

If a cylinder full is 4500 PSI, that's about 310 bar, so depending on the tank pressure anywhere between probably 50-300 bar. just an educated guess.

      Most rated at 45 minutes

it all depends on the size and psi, most cylinders today are 4500 psi “idk” is right most likely 45 minutes but while moving about and running around your lucky to get 15
