    Thank you for you excellent yoga teachings. I have been doing yoga for 66 years. My chiropractor told me to stop doing handstand because I would twist when I kicked up against the wall. You are a great teacher Thank you.

    This was so hard!! And so fun :):):) thank you so much for sharing with us! I feel hopeful that one day I will be able to do this :) I will do the homework you gave us of plank and bicycle crunches everyday :):) I let the commercials play through to say thank you :):)

    I loved this so much! Challenging but still doable, I'd love to see this become a series, i think it would be so helpful

    Thank you so much for the great instruction. Handstand on the wall is already scary and challenging for me. I'll keep doing it thousands times until I get there one day!

    Hey Kelsi, I have a question. Do you think doing 1 leg press to handstand is an option? I mean 1 leg is in the air, the other is on the ground pushing (Maybe with just a tiny jump) .I’ve never seen anybody doing it. I think it would minimize kick-up errors and let us be more consistent.

      Absolutely! It's called a puppy press! I have 2 videos up about how to do it!!

      @@kelsyogi Is there a version where I keep the leg straight which is in the air? Maybe I’m asking for too much but I don’t find puppy press aesthetic 😅🥲
