Gotta give those cops credit at 5:30. They never really accused him of being who they were looking for. They just detained someone who fit a specific description, treated him with respect through their investigation, and made a thorough point to apologize once he was cleared. As much as an inconveinience it is, theyre doing their jobs in a professional manner
still does not fit description "small dirtbike" that is a msx125 definetly not a dirt bike.

Resting his hands on his duty belt is normal as well, this means his hand will be on his gun and the other on the other side of the belt, doesn’t automatically mean he’s ready to draw and start blasting...

Dude cops can't ticket you for moving within your lane. All you have to say is that you were avoiding possible road hazards (lines, cracks, ridges, dark spots could be oil etc...)

I’d say it’d depend on context, etc. Unnecessary lane splitting can cause accidents, but lane splitting in that situation is definitely fine.

@@Inferno19191 what do you mean he didn't shift, you can clearly see car shift at the end, the biker was mad that he couldn't cut the car off. He was trying to overtake that car like he did with the other car earlier, he wasn't successful and got mad.
@@aroy531 look at the dashed yellow lines inbetween the 2 lanes, the road goes from 2 lanes, to 2 lanes, no lanes end, and no lanes are added, both lanes shift right, the car crossed over from the right lane to the left lane, directly infront of the biker

That cop probably has so much adrenaline running through his body that hes not going to be able to articulate every little detail correctly, to the cop, that biker could have been the one with the gun, he has no idea if hes about to get shot
Out of all the bikes he had to see the one that was most similar to the description, as you can see he asked the biker if he was who they were looking for and the cops let him go after. This can happen to a lot of people if people just chill tf out when a cop stops them 😂
The cop handled that well to me and the biker also did not make a fuss so it seems all good. Don’t know why y’all just trying to find a reason to hate on the cop

The clip from Adriaan Niemand i had the same happen to me. Only for me it didn't end so well unfortunately. Hit me full on. The guy never paid me back for the damages. And because i was laying on the floor in a bit of pain because i hit the sidewalk with my hip pretty hard when i fell off of my scooter. So i didnt get his license plate. Got his phonenumber but after trying to get the money for damages for 2 months i gave up. Never heard anything from him again.
