My pleasure. To register for the exam you have to go to www.myhspa.org under certifications and fill out the exam application and pay the fee. After that Prometric will respond to you to schedule the date, time and location.

Question Steve, I noticed in the 9th edition manual temp and humidity are no longer mentioned. Is it no longer asked on the exam?
