My sister was left in the middle of nowhere in Cuba. Passenger were told they were on their own. Not even accommodations.were offered. Will never book with this airline again. They will not rebook her flight for another week
When i was in high school, our entire school sponsored the building and supplying of a school in Sierra Leone and every homeroom class sponsored a student to attend it. Now that I'm hearing that the girls will have a better chance to graduate from that school, it warms my heart considerably

I've boycotted the airlines all my life. I have flown once. $1000 bucks to do Regina to Kelowna and return. A grand for a day of hell. Never, ever again. And it wasn't the flying or jet. It was the people and the cost. I will not cram myself into a plane with a bunch of whining, self-entitled folks and their offspring. Especially for a long duration flight to somewhere. No thanks.
Former Mayor Tory cheated on his wife, now seeking forgiveness and a different experience by walking in the parade. How wonderful that any behaviour now goes as the norm in Canada.
Now that the strike is over and there was likely a compromise, we will likely see price increases. I laugh at people who think compensation for a few at top management is equal to increases in mechanic salaries over time. I'm good with flights increasing in price because that's life and flying is not a universal entitlement LOL It's one thing to have universal health and dental care, but flying is a luxury... so save and stop complaining... or just watch UA-cam and dream being in places.
Whatever happened to putting Résumé’s out for better opportunities elsewhere when you’re no longer happy with what your current job is offering???? Instead of “I’m an adult who throws a tantrum and refuses to work when I’m not getting what I want”……..
Because there's no point looking for something better in an industry that has virtually total market control. By definition their control sets the price so there is no competitor to go to.
