I have a problem with this series because it seems like 4 out of 5 patients are told it’s either all in their head pr that whatever the problem is, they just have to leave it alone and it will go away in a couple of days.
@@annhodges2991 it’s a shame you think that, because that is NOT the problem. The problem is the doctor’s attitude and lack of engagement. I live in a country with socialized medicine and have had some excellent doctors who were great. But this lack of connection by doctors happens EVERYWHERE, including countries like the US without socialized medicine. It’s sadly more common now than in the past.
An mri shows soft tissue damage. If this program was supposed to show how great english gps are at resolving their patients problems, it's mostly just showing how they throw a cream at every patient that walks in the door while ignoring patients who have done everything they can for themselves and are being ignored by the gps until its critical.
100%! Their denial of pain relief to suffering patients is appalling. The woman who is a body builder knows her own body and is suffering, but they’re more concerned to put up a title that says ‘no pain relief was given’, than to help her by getting to the root of the problem, or with a low dose, short-term prescription.
has this series been canceled?

It's called socialized medicine - not for me!
