I've seen Nissan Maxima's out at MIA and newer Chrysler 300S are starting to show up both in the premium category. I have liked booking premium in the past as there is always a chance they'll upgrade you to something higher if they don't have any.
Booked a "Cadillac C300 or similar" for November, but it's for arrival at Ft. Lauderdale airport. Hoping I'll get one and curious what the other options will be if they don't have one, which wouldn't surprise me.
I usually recommend National/Enterprise/Alamo they’re all the same company and have the best customer service. The Charger is in the full size class. If you book that hopefully they have one there when you arrive.

Nah. I have never seen so many Hondas in a rental fleet. I'm more impressed about that than I am of the Land Rovers!

No in fact finding one with a HEMI these days is getting a bit harder. Most of them have the V6.
