Charlie was experimenting with the more dramatic method of singing in musicals, but i think it was much more difficult to nail down the feel of it correctly when he was doing it in English than in his native tongue. Especially because a significant part of why Zhou Shen always sounds so great is because of his pronunciation and enunciation. Makes a great difference in how he emotes in his voice.

Beautifully sung, and you can tell by the reactions of the other contestants and judges, the impact of his gorgeous vocals. Good eye in spotting Laure Shang. I love that lady (and you know why). She has a real knack for spotting gifted artists. As someone mentioned, she was also involved with Dimash, not only with her duet with him on Singer 2017; but Dimash signed a contract with her talent company (Black Gold Talent) in Beijing.
