Well let's see. Assume Georgia losses to the top rated teams remaining on their schedule. That would make the dogs best win Clemson then Georgia Tech. Georgia 8-4 is not a strong argument for a top 10 team. Got to disagree. They need to go 10-2 with a win over at least Tenn or Texas.

I luv the fact that the UNLV REBELS got their first AP POLL RANKING at #25 and we're #23 in the coaches poll. I thank you for your respect of UNLV. we did beat kansas and houston on the road then pummeled fresno st. now we have a good syracuse team...cant wait. thnx for your respect.
I would like an honorable mentions segment. That way, I know which teams are close to being in the ranking because I would like to if Kentucky was close to making this list.

Miami, who just lost to VT at home(if we're being honest here..), is top 5 but 3 teams who would and will eventually annihilate the candy canes in Clemson, Louisville and Notre Dame(oh wait, Miami already made sure to avoid that asswhoopin this season.. 🙄😒) are left completely off of this list. 🗑
If clemson and UL would beat Miami is irrelevant. It is a resume rankings.

I feel Alabama is probably the best team and deserving of the #1 spot, but if you took the names off the jerseys, would a team that won a one score game sealed by a late turnover, in the end zone, be worthy of #1? Maybe. BUT if you find out that the losing team gave up 3 ints, a fumble and a safety on the road, it doesn't seem as convincing, if you are wanting to make sense.
You might even think, if you weren't looking at the team names, that if they played 9 more times, the losing team would probably win at least 8 of them.

Undoubtedly you know nothing about football. Bama would have had a completely different momentum and tempo based on the score and time if they weren't up by 28 points. To think they could play like they did in the 4th Q the whole game is nonsense. They would have ran the ball more or short slants to give the defense more time to rest.🙄
