Port Talbot Railway No. 26 / Great Western Railway No. 813
Originally working in South Wales, in 1934 the locomotive was sold into industrial use to work Backworth Collieries in County Durham, becoming number 12. Passed into the NCB in 1947, the locomotive was renumbered NCB 11 in 1950.
The locomotive was preserved and moved to the Severn Valley Railway in 1967. We see the locomotive operating on the Severn Valley Railway and on visits to the East Lancashire Railway and with Backworth Collieries number at the Tanfield Railway.

813 is definetly one of the Great Western's black sheep. Unlike any of the others really. Nice loco nonetheless. Great footage.

That's what I like about her. Something a bit different from the norm however retains typical GWR features like Swindon whistles and a brass safety valve cover.

The safety valve/Dome on 813 Reminds me of Ivor the engine's Dome/Safety valve
