There r blockages in my heart charkra which need to be healed and my thought was to explore another place and let go of where I am in my fitness journey. Struggling with pcod for 4 yrs now, there's an urgency to lose my rapidly increasing fat , which in the present class it's a light workout session that won't take me anywhere faster or perhaps slow me down . I'm comfortable there, I won't be in a gym. But I shall march forth inorder to get in better health . May God bless u ❤
If u ever come across that psychologist again, be sure to advice him/her to quit coz he/she is doing the opposite of what he/she is supposed to do. Edit: I was told multiple times by multiple people not to pursue my career in surgery… I have been struggling on my own for the last 14yrs but now I feel tired with all the negativity I see around myself. So stressful 😣 I never expected myself to be this sad n unaccomplished after becoming a surgeon. I was planning to help people but now it seems like I have entered a rat race where people just wanna prove themselves superior n others insignificant. I wanna start my own thing but I don’t have that kinda funds so I can’t. I don’t feel like working anymore in hospitals who think health care is a business just to earn money. I didn’t sign up for this but dunno how to get out of it.
