There are ladies who manage to 'forget' that they previously had forgotten a tampon a week or two ago and it was 'lost'. So it was basically rotting in there and smelled like it. That can cause TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) and a number of other issues. Guys and ladies both get vibrators 'lost'...and I read about a guy who got some kind of vintage military mortar shell lodged in his butt because he claimed he 'sat' on it accidentally. Nope, he put it there.
