This looks really yummy. I've seen other recipes and they all include yeast. I looked up the ones sold online and they use baking soda in theirs. Does it matter which I use? I'm sensitive to commercial yeast so really can't bake with it. Thanks!

Yes exactly! But if you are not a fan of cinnamon you can skip it for the caramel :)

If you use this recipe for the dough you need to use an egg! But there are many vegan stroopwafel recipes out there :) But it changes the entire dough recipe!
