I was there and my whole life got changed after this. Pink Floyd has a deep impact over my life. I think their music made me who I am today. And its true that they say, ` Once you start to understand music you realise that there is no band like PF.

❤ since 1977 I say they made everything what is posible musicaly and philosophcaly...except for joy, they didn't capture joy, maybe Alan's psychadelic breakfast might be close. 😊

So since I was in my tender age, I secretly compensated for joy with listening to funk and disco funk. 😁😁

I think you literally got the best seats in the show 😂 that section with that view. You have him on your side for the most of the show. I really hope he does at least one more tour! I got to experience it twice

Agreed! I was down on the floor right next to the stage in Cincinnati so I got very close to Rog but missed some of the impact from what was displayed on the screens.

But Russian forces did not target the theater because Watersky was there.

unfortunately i think he's finally losing his voice. i mean he's 79, i appreciate the fact he's even touring but after hearing this ill save the $250 per ticket. last tour he still sounded great. im thankful I saw his wall tour

I saw the show in San Francisco. A great gig, but not as good as Us + Them. Found it interesting how he effectively cut David Gilmour out of the picture completely in his narrative for this show - focussed on the early Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett despite playing mainly music from the classic period that Gilmour was instrumental too. Really sad how he resents Gilmour so much.

    • @robertaungpe8125

I do wish he would gravitate to the bigger picture

    • @avenuePad

Hmm. Or he just decided to put on a different show with different songs. He already played a bunch of the "classic period" in his last tour. Sounds like you're the one creating a narrative in your head. And don't pretend that Gilmour doesn't hold resentment. The way Gilmour tried to put a stop to the Animals remaster. Gilmour is a little bit of a worm, honestly. The way he held on the Pink Floyd name for clout. It's not like once Waters left, Pink Floyd reverted back to the good ol' days of total band collaboration. He hired other songwriters and producers and basically created David Gilmour solo albums with the Pink Floyd name. Wright wasn't even an official member of the band until many years later. Gilmour has said this in interviews, that he didn't want to start over without the Pink Floyd name. And lets not pretend that those post Waters albums are actually Pink Floyd albums. They're Gilmour solo albums.
This whole demonization of Waters, whilst pretending that the rest of the band were victims is getting really old and tired. Life ain't that black and white.
