Noblesse2piece +2piece glad(or the other +18%), u can go for berserker if u rolled high crit rate on substats, all substat in ark crit dmg goblet hydro dmg and hat crt dmg 2pyro chars in the team(recommended bennett) and anemo char with vidiresent set is optimal build. If u trigger reactions u will have energy faster than her ult cd is up. And given that build u will 1shot bosses and she have enough energy regen to don't build it for mobs. Weapon widsith(best weapon in the game 5stars are way weaker) and i recommend having another catalyst user with thrilling tales. her 20% recharge going into hydro dmg doesn't mean that u will get more dmg from that u still go for hydro dmg. If mojito will ad hydro specific dmg set similar to pyro one then go for it instead.
