Guys! Rule 1: Never keep any documentation on your C:\ drive on a Windows PC. If you do and it crashes, the best thing to do is upgrade/replace the OS drive, remove the old OS drive and put it to one side. Rebuild the OS on the new SSD C:\ drive and then plug the old drive in as an additional drive. You can then access the old drive and remove your media files before formatting it and using it as an additional storage drive. Super easy and you upgrade the PC along the way to help justify the OS rebuild effort.
you guys remind me of alas smith and Jones, which is why i watch you guys, also you don't show off the 110 cars you have like the rest of the youtubers do. and i feel you are here for us and the passion of rc unlike the main ones are that make sure you. { us as the watchers } know how many cars they have
Shirt: Greyscale / outlines of your two faces, looking a bit upset, with the back of the microphone in the middle and a few classic RC silhouettes near the mic in the foreground. With moustaches. I'd wear it.
I am sorry this happened. I don't understand why someone would do that. Keep doing what you've been doing and most importantly have fun. I think developing the old track you found into a rally track would be fun. Have you ever done any of the banger rc racing? Someone mentioned that you may be able to retrieve your files.
Oops. Do you not back up? Carl. How many times have you heard this question since ? Spend £100 on a solid state external disk. It’ll back up 100Gb in seconds.
You should always have a good backup strategy for any PC, whether you run Windoze, Linux or whatever, at some point something will go wrong. Or at least keep a Live Linux distro on a USB stick so you can at least try and recover files. Anyway, Carl's 'tache was definitely better, sorry Mark😜
Put that old drive in an external enclosure and try to access everything. I‘m not saying „no backup, no mercy“ but wishing You all the best to get back Your files. (Some data recovery tools are free)
Oh 😮 ok full speed ahead. I love dos 😅 many memories as children trying to navigate through directories. After some partial dataloss maybe 20 years ago with a hardisk failure i decided to have everything on three drives from 3 different manufacturers. 1 is in storage outside the house.
You can take the hard drive to curry’s and talk to their tech guys or if they can’t help there are some people if you research online who can recover what was on their I do believe, when you wipe your hard drive it leaves a ghost of what was on it before so it’s quite possible for you to recover all you archive footage & logo’s from before but you will have to look try a search for something like HARD DRIVE RECOVERY in a search see what you get and if it don’t work well you have only lost a hour of your time but it’s definitely worth a try but beware it may not be cheap but it depends on how important to you and good luck I hope you get back all your footage so pop along rc can move forward with all your original plans 👍
Rookie error. No sympathy, sorry but it is common sense to back up ya stuff. If it is really valuable get some online storage or a 2nd external drive or even a NAS drive. Lesson learnt now though, onwards and upwards fellas
Consider getting a synology NAS drive, I use 2 in my house, with 4TB drives in each (and this also allows me to run 4 security cameras on them.) All data can be accessed on each PC and via the cloud. I.e. you can rebuild your PC as often as you like - no worries. Also consider learning to use a virtual PC, (I use VMware) this way 'websites' can't get access to infect/destroy your PC or your data.

Before saving new stuff on your old PC, you should consult somebody because there are lots of ways to recover deleted data from your hd/sd.
Haha XR2 on Pepperpots 😎 Yeah boi. 🚗 Thems were the days

Could be a good thing for the channel
You could use a cloud service like Google drive.or one drive that way you can download it again one device's
When I saw the video I thought you had the remaining ‘chuckle brother’ on as a guest!

Thanks for the laughs, we need 'em....
Next thing to do is invest in cloud storage and store everything there. Love the channel.
Sorry to hear that. Hope the wife is okay for reshooting that video 🙂
I think merch should be non-specific, like no pictures of cars etc. Just a nice clear logo.
Did you already wipe it ?? If you haven’t don’t !!
😭😭😭
Dang. Sorry to hear about the computer cock up.
could have been worse, you could have taken it into a shop like hunter did
those videos with the missus, well, maybe its best they're not out there
