This video demonstrates an automated production line for efficient steel wire processing, protection and packaging. It shows how steel wire bundles are first passed through a rewinding machine which uses rolling wheels to evenly wind and organize the wire coils. Next, an automatic strapping machine binds the wire coils by wrapping plastic strapping tightly around them at regular intervals. This strapping secures the organized wire bundles and prevents unraveling during handling and shipping. Once strapped, the wire bundles move along the conveyor to an automatic packing station which stacks and groups them efficiently based on size and quantity parameters. The wire bundles are neatly packed into cardboard boxes by automated pressing plates and taping heads which fold and seal the boxes for transit. The video captures the smooth, synchronized transitions between the rewinding, strapping and packing machines. Their combined automated operation allows for high-speed, high-efficiency steel wire processing without the need for manual labor at each stage.
