My sister bought a house that was part of phase 2. I was shocked when she told me there were 8 phases planned for the neighborhood lol
We didnt mention this in the video but RIP tires if you are in a new phase with lots of construction still going on 😢. We do love new construction though

@@amandaculver8691 Yeah it can be tough if you need to sell while they are still building. We had some clients who ended up getting a great deal on new construction on the close out of a neighborhood as a builder finished up.
