I did the Seussical JR over the summer and I had so much fun. I was an ensemble dancer so I was a Jungle Citizen, Fish, and a courtroom attendant. I had so much fun learning all of the dances and my favorite song learning was Biggest Blame Fool.
This was my daughter’s first play too! It was something they just keep her busy during the summer…. She was seven, and played a Who, and a crab... she is almost 16 and continues to perform in plays and musicals... she loves it! ❤️😃
Just came across this! Like a lot of people, this was my daughter’s very first play! It was just something to keep her busy in the summer… she was a Who and a crab. She was seven.... now she’s almost 16 now and continues to perform in plays... she loves it! ❤️😃 I started out doing tech myself because of her involvement, and now I enjoy performing in plays/musicals as well! We’ve made so many friends! Theatre brings people and families together!😃
I am so mad I missed this because I did Seussical in 8th grade. But quick story time. There was 3 cat in the hats in the show and I played one of e cat in the hats. The girl playing Horton lost her voice and I went on as Horton with 2 rehearsals. That was terrifying and exciting.
I’ve done seussical just a few weeks ago at musical theatre camp and I was sour kangaroo. This musical is so important to me as it was the first musical I’ve ever done there in 2014 and I’m graduating this year so this was my last musical and I couldn’t stop crying during alone in the universe and I had such a great time with everyone involved and I will never forget the wonderful memories during this show
When Kevin starts Solla Sollew, it’s like being magically transported back to 2000. Holy moly!

So many community theaters do Seussical and so many of them spell the name wrong. This is amazing. I love this cast album.
