Had the same issue swapped to 38mm rise bars actually felt worse . Now back on the original Orbea bars and all good ! Go back to the flatties dude , it's all in the mind ! Or swollow a couple of ibuprofen 😂

Nah, way prefer higher rise. Anti inflammatory tablets don’t touch it
