hi - started my 7x9 january 23 budget with your stickers this am.. love decorating & putting my budget(s) together.. a fixed/family budget for fixed bills & a couple of sinking funds; a personal budget that covers all variables & sinking funds & saving challenges & then ofc my husband's business budget.. (YES! love Sara Marie stickers for all).. thanks for sharing!
I have 2 different car insurance companies--one we've had for 25 years---the other maybe 7---The one we've used for 25 years keeps going up and up--so I decided to ask my other company to quote me for the other vehicles on the other policy---it was almost 120 less every 6 months----and the 2 vehicles that i have on that policy renewed this month and it was $40 less a month than last year....so it pays to shop around. Im definately switching insurance companies.
I was here for the cruise! I am setting up my budget planner with you. Love your videos and stickers! I have learned so much from you! Thank you for sharing/teaching!
Monthly utilities are included in my monthly budget. Utilities that are paid every two or three months are included in my sinking funds so we can put away 1/2 or 1/3 of the bill every month. I try to smooth our budget out as much as possible and including those utilities in our sinking funds helps with that!
Oh cars 😵💫. I have a 2012 Jeep and a piece just fell off of my radiator…$500.00. I was filling my tank with gas last week and gas was splashing out, apparently a piece broke in my fuel tank…$1600.00 to fix that 😩
i have 75 envelopes for sinking funds and have $200.00 per month. this does not include electric, water, rent/mortgage or groceries...have put the money aside for this.

My 2023 Goal is to set up a sinking fund and emergency fund.
Great video
I remember the surprise cruise. Can’t believe that was 5 years ago though.
Question - why do you have some utilities in the sinking fund and others in the regular budget?
