The effort in your stop-motion really shows! I remember you commented a while back about a substitute for modeling clay. I would highly recommend Pardo Translucent; it's a type of transparent art clay which would be much less noticeable. It's sticky enough to hold mini-figures together, and not sticky enough to glue them. Usually it would be fired in a kiln, but as it's a small use-case for you, one or two cheap bags could last a long, long time. Alternatively, with after effects knowledge, you could use green clay (play-dough) and just key it to black or whatever hue makes it the least noticeable. This is actually a rather easy, few minutes process once you figure it out.
impressive feats right here, stop motion is already hard to animate, and you do it smoothly a piece pf advice: consider painting the blu tac (was it?) yelllow to match the Legos and have seamless transitions
Broooooooo These 4:04 mins I was so mesmerized to continuously stare at the screen !!!! U have definitely improved a lot since the Dempsey roll video!!! Proud of you
Bruh ever since you showed up. Your stop motion animations are smooth AF really smooth! Sure I have itsy bitsy criticism about the tack, you can use different coloured tack to make it blend in with the lego colou pieces. Some lego creators do that in their animations.
Holy SHIT. this man should be hired to do the next season of Hajime no Ippo. we need you to animate the Wally fight, the retirement, all of it! keep going you beast!
I just saw your dempsey roll animation from 5 month ago and was curious if you have made other. I am really impress by your improvement in such a (relative) short time. I was impress by the dempsey but the jolt is just on another level I hope to see more, you´r really good
So fucking good 1-you made an environment (boxing ring and crowd) 2- stop motion (to me) looks even better 3- there was a comment on the old boxing video talking about how awesome it would be to hide the clay from the final product and you can clearly see how less it is pops up. 4- that TV static scene was awesome. The only thing that is kinda off is the close face zoom ins from 1080p to looking like it's 360p but I know that will be fixed in time. I don't write comments, but I want to let you know that although you are in university just don't fall back and forget what you learned up till now.
Zoom ins are akward to pull off I can't lie but I'll mess around for the upcoming videos and hopefully you'll see improvements! Thanks for the comment, I'll do best :)
im so happy, its about time my recommendation give me SOME good content! subbed! your work is amazing keep it up! you should create patreon or other platform to show "backstage" preparations it would be cool :D
Thanks for the support! thats a great idea but my university work makes it difficult to stay consistant, it wouldnt be fair to ask for money if I'm not consistant. maybe I'll start one once my workload gets lighter
Ok, I love these. Saw both of the HNI videos you put out, and I have a small tip for you. You can mix your putty with colored powder or stainer to get it the green for green screen effects so you can make it less noticeable if that's what you want, or to add effects so it adds motion blurs to show movement or momentum. There are also green tapes you can get to place on the faces of your lego people and use effects to give them expressions for further detail. Just some small things that could help you get even better, will be watching you for sure to see how your skills grow!
Your two HNI animations have been great. You're doing a great job.
Thanks man! I appreciate it :)
I got this in my recommended again so I am hoping it got into the good side of the algorithm
I'm impressed how much the stop motion has changed to perform these shots. Well done, keep it up!
This guy really might aswell animate the rest of the series. I’d pay to watch that.
Damn that bit during the monologue was really well done
The entire Ippo series remade in Lego by you when
perhaps... it'll be fun, I can use the experience from these to make my unique animations even better :)

@@Eugine1a2b your videos are really cool try using play dough instead of blue tac so tge colours match other than that im tour best fan
Please keep going with these animations! Everything feels just like the anime and it’s great!
This and the Dempsey Roll are two PHENOMENAL stop-motion animations. Would you please animate Sendo's Roar during his fight with Ippo next?
Man, I feel like I'm watching something Guillermo Del Toro would make when I watch your videos
Man you're seriously good at animating lil lego dudes box like that. Really the best I've ever seen. 💚

sounds like a good idea. I'll do some experimenting to see how I could make it the same colour. Really appreciate the feedback!

good job dude, every strike looks so realistic. i have a question tho, where did you get the boxing gloves?
From a site called bricklink, you can get the full minifig from there or just the glove pieces. Its a real useful site!
This is great! The only problem is that the frame rate is too high.
Nice work 2 humans. I am not sure if this is enough to give epilepsy, at the beginning you said flashing lights and there wasn't that much.
I was most concerned about the flashback sequence. To be fair though, yeah it probably isnt enough but I take no chances anyway :)
