I can not believe that we are still dealing with k8 or such other tools and platforms with in written yaml files not a aestonic ui.

Do you mean the annotations - eg. Drawing boxes and arrows? If so, that's ZoomIt (one of the many awesome free SysInternals apps) 🙂
