Yes, yes, yes 100 %. Everything you say it is in my chart, I’m abroad for permanent in a developed country. My 3-rd, 9th, 12-th is ruling 😁. The dashas of my yoga Ra, Ju, Sa in 3rd is running until now, than dasha of my Asc connected with 12th house lord is coming- so my entire life it’s assigned to be far away from my roots, 4-th and 2-nd house lords are in touch with 12 th house too. Wow… just realized how my entire chart yells about it.

I have Saturn in the 4th house in my Lagna chart and I'm currently experiencing Saturn Mahadasha and Antardasha. Just yesterday I had this deep feeling to go abroad for tertiary study as I've had for months and have been making preparations to do so however I had to remind myself that because of family I can't go just yet and most likely I would go abroad in the next 2 years which by that time my Saturn Antardasha would end.

Sun in Purva Phalguni, 12th. Venus Lord of 9th in 12th. Rahu in 3rd. But no big opportunities to leave America....yet. Currently moon dasha.

Okay so the thing is I've 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th lords in 12th house while 7th and 12th lord is in the star of rahu while rahu is placed in 7th house my rahu mahadasha will start from 2023 March can I expect foreign settlement or atleast can I go to foreign for my graduation?

My fourth house lord sun in 9th house with ninth house lord Saturn and Rahu all are conjunct. If moon chart is concerned second house has ketu with jupiter and in navmansa 12th lord sun in 9th and 9th lors venus in 3rd.
