Shout out to the crowd. Loved the vibe!
Let's take a min to appreciate the crowd!
Was awesome to see this live
Google Earth is broadcasting PSA games now! 😂
If we occasionally have more "interesting" camera angles in order to have squash in venues I don't mind it - here it is a venue which is taking squash to the people and everyone should support that. Perhaps if the people moaning about camera angles attended more live squash the events would be held in larger venues and camera angles would be different.
Regarding what is actually important (the squash), while this was quite a dominant score line for Elias he was definitely worked by Hesham, and it shows both how good Elias is at defence but how far Hesham has come in the last couple of years. Even a year ago Hesham might have folded at 2-0 down, but he dug in and won the third and very nearly took Elias to 5. Bravo.
Impressive toughness from Hesham! In the past he's been undisciplined but there's just no shame in losing a long battle to someone playing as well as Elias played here.
Terrible camera angle
I guess there was no other way
I quite enjoy that view.
Taken from the ISS?
Unwatchable
Worst one
Loved the camera angle. Very good position to see every aspect of the game. Speed, Movement of Ball AND Body in the whole court. Loved it, thanks a lot!!! Hope to see more often!
I'm NOT a bird!
Liked the camera angle for this one. Was able to see different aspects of the game. Could be like that every now and again. Good job.
I can survive the weird camera angle if the quality of squash is as good as these two produced!
Thanks to Hesham for his courage
I still love that camera angle
C'mon your amongst friends now.
Camera angle good
Love the new camera angle
be understanding please...the guys orbiting earth in the space satellite would also like to watch...
Not a big fan of this new camera angle
6:19 he just got that. wrong call
Nice camera work. NOT😅
STOP with the birds eye view camera angle ,
Use it sparsely, NOT all the time.
There was no other possible angle in the space provided
There is no competition with Pakistani Legend Jahangir Khan ❤ in the world
Who’s the genuis that put the camera here?
Quite an enjoyable angle, for me.
Same here. Liked that one for a change.
Please don't use this camera angel again
Pathetic Camera Angle
Worst camera Angle
Hesham I hope you see my comment, please العب بغلاسه شويه مع الياس هو بيعمل كده
Too late he already lost. Is it a coincidence that your name is the same as the ex top 20 pro?
@@dompricemusic2701 not aware of him.
My advice for hesham in next matches
unwatchable camera angle
Hesham has spades of natural talent that has seen him through, but by god should his coach have cleaned up that twiddly backhand prep decades ago. Totally inefficient and a waste of motion. Imagine how fast his hands would be if he didn’t have to do that unnecessary twiddle every time
His technique doesn't actually hinder the quality of his shot. Him not being consistent is purely due to his mentality not the quality of his shots.
@@tawanda.7thCenturyMusic if you look at certain situations, you could see he could take the ball a fraction of a second earlier if he wasn’t doing that as part of his technique. Not in all situations of course, but sometimes. And yes. we’re talking probably 50-100ms difference, but at the highest levels these margins have an effect. If you compare to say Ramy or Shabana who both had a cleaner backhand technique, then in similar situations you can see the difference in efficiency.
@@TheN00bPolice It's a good suggestion, but I've heard coaches say correcting natural twiddles is generally not worth it unless it's fundamentally changing the swing technique. Correcting that twiddle would mean that Hesham, at some point in his career, would have had to re-develop his backhand, and especially the touch, away from his natural swing. The loss in shot quality (given that it has always been so high), even for a short period, would probably have set him back too far and impacted his career long term. He also clearly benefits as opponents have a very hard time reading whether his drives are going cross court or straight and he finds a lot more winners hitting hard from the front corners than other players, so overall I'd say it's a tradeoff.
@@M0odezyeah, I’m not suggesting for one moment it’d be in his interest to change it now. (Although, we have seen the likes of both Willstrop and Coll tweak the steepness of the forehand in the later parts of their career, for example). My point was really that to have a junior with that type of ability while they are in the “mouldable stage” then it’s criminal not to clean it up. I dare say the reason someone like Dessouky has jaw-droppingly perfect core technique is not by accident but by good guidance
@@TheN00bPolice Yeah in general you're spot on. I don't know how early Hesham started playing or whether his progression was typical through junior ages; those would probably be the main factors in his coach's decision to leave his swing as-is.
Worst camera view ever
If they continue with this camera view I won't be watching squash on this feed. The main problem as I see it is the colour of the courts. Blue and White are on the same spectrum that's why it's difficult to track the ball on screen
Very wrong camera position. It ruined it all. I'm surprised they're experienced guyz, why they did it that way.
