I have a question please, is it possible to wet mold-form thinner leather? I don't have the budget for veg tan leather, but the shop has some softer, thinner leathers like for gloves.. and I was wondering if it's possible to wet mold it.. thank you very much!
@@brianwball40 thank you so much!! Yes you're right, after purchasing more kinds of leather I think I have a better understanding on how things work! I love it, I have tried so many hobbies but none gave me as much satisfaction as working with leather!
I have tried to make the video as most as explicitly as possible, with every step of the process... And I'm not a to good English speaker, it would be harder to make myself understandable for everyone. Thank you for watching and your feedback. I'm glad you liked it the way it is now
Perfect! No explanation needed. You show very clearly how it’s done. Thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks :)
Thank you excellent, is it necessary to cut all angles at the beginning though?
Quick and efficient.😎
Does this work with faux leather, too?
How many millimeters worth of space did you use to separate the outer-mold piece from you inner-mold piece? 3mm or 6mm?

Wet forming only works on veg-tan leather. Usually raw, unfinished veg-tan. You could try it with your thin glove leather, but it probably wont work.

How thick was the leather?
Foarte bine lucrat!
Multumsc!
Good video. It would have been a lot better if you spoke and explained what you were doing. The pop-up text does not cut it.

Good vid, music was a bit much.
Easy enough to turn sound off though. Thanks
Why did you cut the small triangles out in that 'staircase' pattern?
Sorry, have no idea about what triangles you are talking about
@@craftedworkshoptll9891 The little triangles you cut out starting at around 01:14
@@fleaniswerkhardt4647got it now :). Those cuts helps the leather to mold easily on the corners
Bravo
Thank you
