The snare would have been possible in Famitracker with using DPCM. Maybe not this one of course, sounds too high quality lol

Did you notate this yourself or demix a MIDI?

I notated it myself. Since the songs never vary in tempo, I was able to lay the track in the background and place each note by hand. Pretty easy but a time consuming process.
Edit: I didn't notice which video this was. For this cover specifically (since it was my first) I did by ear without using the track in the background as a reference.
