आपने डेट ऑफ प्रमोशन से जो फिक्सेसन बताया उसमे डेट ऑफ नेक्स्ट इंक्रीमेंट बताना भूल गए। एम्प्लॉय का नेक्स्ट इंक्रीमेंट डेट चेंज हो जाएगा जो जनवरी रहेगा एवं 27900 वेतन हो जाएगा। जिसमे कर्मचारी को 6 महने पहले इंक्रीमेंट लग जायेगा साथ ही डेट ऑफ प्रमोशन से लेने पर होने वाला फायदा तो है ही। aaRBE 212/2019

I get promotion and transfer level-2 (basic -23100) to level-5. I get promotion order on 08.10.21. But i relived from office 18.10.21. and take higher responsibility on 18.10.21. Which salary will be between 08.10.21 - 18.10.21. I will get salary of level-5 from promotion order or from date of taken higher responsibility.
I think (not so sure), You will get level 5 from the date of taking higher responsibilities.

Option 2:
Pay fixation on promotion (19.1.2022 till 30.6.2022): 29,200
Refixation on DNI: 29,200 (After two increments in level 6)
Next increment date will be 01.Jan.2023: 30,100 (Pay after increment)
Next increment date will be 01. jan.2024: 31,000
Dono options ki calculation ke baad aap dekh sakte hai, same pay mil raha, to aap par hai kaon option choose kiya jaye.

Present Salary - 46,200
As per Option 1 (Fixation from the date of promotion):
1 Jan 2022 - One Annual increment is given in current level (level 6) - 47,600
1 Jan 2022 - One promotional increment is given in current level (level 6) - 49,000
This amount will be located in level 7 which is existed in level 7.
From 1 Jan 2022, the basic pay would be 49,000.
Increment will be given on 01.07.2022, The basic pay would be increased to 50,500.
Note: Both annual and promotional increment are given, in case when promotion date and increment date are same.

Jab promotion 1st January or 1st july ko hota hai, to option 2 (date of next increment) applicable nahi hota. Aapke case me Option 1 is valid i.e, pay fixation from the date of promotion.
Moreover, aapka date of increment 1 july ho jaega (of the same year).

Dt of 2nd promotion AEE (Level 10) 09.02.2024. Madam, please fix my pay after promotion on 09.2.24. Whether I will get any financial benifit or not. After 30 years service i.e. on 29.11.2026 whether I will get 3rd MACP or not.
