i actually have a tip for that! usually the average (so not everyone) person loses focus around the 25 minute mark
(if you think it differs for you just study and put a timer and stop when u think u lost focus)
if you wanna study as effectively as possible, use the 25 5 method! Study for 25 minutes and have a break for 5 minutes then continue on from there. i tried it and it really helped a lot and it increases your focus time so the more you do it the longer you can go focusing on something. good luck

@@RB-nh1om thats alright, you can find any other method that fits you! this is just a general method that most people find works with them and helps with their focusing. if you dont find the break time between each study session as motivation to focus better, study effectively as well as a reward, this method will probably not work for u

The thing that i like the most about this study vlog is that it actually feels like she is studying like in other vlogs mostly vloggers are just on their ipads writing mindlessly and not studying them really ( i am not saying they don't study at all)like they don't memorize ,as a person who also talk to herself when studying it felt more relatable

I'm so glad that Yoora's hard work paid off and she's so good at what she does (so proudd)!! I used to study so much but still failed miserably cuz i wass so depressed and couldnt absorb any info. now, i am in another course and even though i'm 2 yrs behind my peers but i am so grateful that my hard work pays off now and i was on the dean's list for the first time in my entire life... For those who are still failing in school, you guys jus have not found what you're good at so keep trying even if you're behind others cuz you will catch up one day and rmb studying isn't everything!!

one thing that helped me was muting everybody's stories and posts on IG except my friends. this was more of a mental health thing bc i would feel lonely when seeing other people out with their friends especially during the pandemic. i still wouldnt say i am productive now LOL but it's definitely helped me be a happier person.

I've been trying to do that for the last time and then guess what ... I didn't study ... just sit and cry because I don't have any energy ... It's really sad and I want some encouragement to continue
It's okay to feel that way it happens, the best thing you can do is to continue to take care of yourself first, get good sleep, eat. Even if you didn't do any studying, at least you will be feeling better physically and mentally. After then, attempt to do your work again! There's no real solution to feeling like you have control over your life. There will be ups and downs so no matter what keep your happiness in mind.
