Thank you! 🙏🏻
A nice, laid-back acoustic 8-bar blues this time! Loosely based on Clapton & King's version of Key To The Highway. Quite a simple arrangement, to give you enough space to play fills and solos - the 8-bar is good practice too!
Chords for the sequence:
A7 | E7 | D7 - 8-bar in A - Chicago style blues backing track.
Butternote strive to create authentic sounding blues backing tracks, covering a range of styles from old-school, to more modern, contemporary grooves. The tracks are produced to give you a 'live band' or 'studio recording' experience and are designed to inspire your personal practice or jam session.
Enjoy!

The slowed down version is the best version by far
Good stuff!
I got the key to the highway
Billed out and bound to go
I'm gonna leave here running
Walking is most too slow
I'm going back to the border
Woman, where I'm better known
You know you haven't done nothing
Drove a good man away from home
[Live-version verse:]
When the moon peeks over the mountains
I'll be on my way
I'm gonna roam this old highway
Until the break of day
Oh give me one, one more kiss mama
Just before I go
'Cause when I leave this time little girl
I won't be back no more
I got the key to the highway
Billed out and bound to go
I'm gonna leave here running
Walking is most too slow
I'm going back to the border
Woman, where I'm better known
You know you haven't done nothing
Drove a good man away from home
sounds real nice
Thanks!

Very nice job! 👏👏👏
Can I make a request? Blues for Big Nate, by Jerry Portnoy.
Thanks Eduardo! That's a nice slow blues, will certainly add it to my shortlist for consideration 😊🙏
