Brookfield is spending $200 million to build the infrastructure for the development, which will go up in multiple phases at Ironwood Drive and West Ray Avenue over the next several years.
The first phase of Blossom Rock will include 200 acres, 554 homes, a 16-acre regional park, 14 acres of trails and recreation sites, nine acres of retail and a site for Great Hearts school.
