- Today, with her permission, I am uploading a new fandub of a comic made by deviantART user "twisted-wind". It isn't the sequel of the CMD comic, but it is something recent she made. The comic is based on a story written by deviantART user "Zenox-furry-man". It tells Oswald's side of the very beginning of the Epic Mickey game. Pictures, certain sound effects and music heard in the vid are not mine, except my voice. Hope you enjoy it.

This 'Adrev for a 3rd Party' made a copyright claim on this video even when I disclaimed that the music I used is not mine.

Walt lost Oswald to copyright laws. Walt was crushed that he couldn't use Oswald in film again. after he picked himself up and dusted himself off, he got Disney studios off the ground, he then created Mickey and the rest or the gang. They should bring back Oswald and Ortensia and present them in the new Mickey series!

@@roiroije6326 That's why they changed it. Warren Spencor wanted Oswald to be sympathetic and likeable, so Junction Point scrapped the Storm Blot.
Shame they didn't go through with it. It'd give a much more personal stake for Mickey when he has to fight his own older brother, who is so consumed by bitter envy and hatred at Mickey he's willing to ally, and eventually to become a part of, with an eldritch abomination. The final battle could be a great moment of moral dilemma when Mickey has to choose to either redeem Oswald or put him out of his misery.

In the next Kingdom Hearts game, Oswald turned into a heartless after he lost his heart to the Mad Doctor who would also take Mickey's heart which they must be apart from each other to prevent Mickey from becoming a heartless too which he, Sora and others will have to get Oswald's heart back to make him the way he used and be brothers again. I would hate for him to be a villain just misunderstood just cause he was jealous of his younger brother doesn't mean he cannot have a HEART.

Technically, Heartless are actually, and ironically, hearts that've been manifested and corrupted by darkness and are devoid of emotion. There are two types of Heartless; Pureblood (those created naturally) and Emblem (those created by Xehanort).
Nobodies, on the other hand, are what remain of those whose hearts fall to darkness and hence manifest into Heartless. They're made of soul and body. Whether a Nobody resemble its original form or not depends on how strong the heart of that original form was/is, like the Organisation XIII. However, Namine's considered to be an unique Nobody because her original counterpart (Kairi) had no darkness in her heart due to being a Princess of Heart. Also, the reason why Roxas (Sora's Nobody) resembles Ventus rather than Sora is because Ventus' heart ended up within Sora.
My theory's that all the residents of Wasteland are Nobodies of their original selves and even resemble such uncannily, just like Organisation XIII, even Oswald, hence why he probably acted a bit negatively towards those around him. My idea's that in Kingdom Hearts III, Sora should go to Wasteland, alongside Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Riku and Lea, there they meet Oswald, Ortensia, Gus, Prescott, the Mad Doc among others. They eventually discover that everyone living in Wasteland (including Oswald himself) are Nobodies, and the Heartless that start attacking it contain their hearts. So they fight off all the Heartless of course, thus restoring the hearts of all the residents, and they eventually confront the Storm Blot (Oswald's Heartless and the creature that contains his heart and/or might even be *his* heart, corrupted by darkness) and stand up against to it like a boss fight. Of course, they defeat and Oswald is fully restored.
Henry Stanley That's nice I always thought Nobodies are like alter egos and Oswald is the older brother of Mickey and I thought it would be reasonable if Mickey would be the next victim to loose his heart like his brother which would be why they were separated for a long time ago.

*Sora*: So we found all the disney princess and keyblade masters now we can enter the keyhole to the darkness and save the worlds!
*Mickey*: No
*Sora*: What do you mean no?
*Mickey*: There is another...
*Sora*: Who?
*Mickey*: My brother.
*Sora*: Yo-your brother?!
*Mickey*: He used to alongside me and the first of the keyblade masters but, something happened. The heartless caught him and, twisted him. I saved him but; at a cost.
His heart was torn from him, a shell of himself; attempting to save me from loosing my own, his was taken instead. He was trapped as a slave to the heartless, stuck in their realm, to care for those who too were twisted by hate or trapped without a heart.
*Sora*: So, we can save him can't we? I mean we have every keyblade master here; we can do something. Can't we?
~ *Mickey looks up at sora as rain starts to pour, getting heavier and heavier* ~
*Mickey*: We can't save him, he's not there anymore. In fact...
~ *Lightening strikes in the distance, light flashing as a silhouette appears* ~
*Mickey*: He's already here.
*Oswald* (Distorted) : Hello brother.
*Mickey*: You fiend! Let go of him at once! You know he didn't want to do this?
*Oswald* (Distorted): You really think he has a say?! You trapped him in that forsaken place and left me to die without a heart. I, persuaded him.
*Mickey*: Persuaded? You took his hate and used it as fuel! Let go of my brother Phantom Blot!
*Oswald PB*: Oh no, I'm not doing that or letting you pass.
~ *Oswald forms a Dark Keyblade in his hand, preparing to fight* ~
*Donald and Goofy*: Your Majesty, we will aid you!
*Mickey*: No, you go with sora and take down the darkness, I will take care of him.
*Sora*: B-but!
*Mickey*: Go!

Oswald was never really Disney. He was created by Walt Disney well the idea I guess but Oswald was then owned by universal studios and the Disney franchise was not really a thing when Oswald was created and trust me on this my family is big into Disney so I know allot about Disney

I love this fancomic so much!! (TwistedWind is amazing) Great job with the background music. And sound effects were adequate. If only you had different voice actors to help, it would have made it so much better! Not saying your voice was terrible- (I didn't think Frank Welker's was the best choice for Oswald's voice, either. xD) -but using the same voice for the narrator, Yen Sid, Oswald, and Ortensia sounds too monotonous. I swear, I'm not trying to be a bitch! I'm just trying to help out.. :]

I'm confused if they really are brothers, I know they are portrayed as brothers and I heard on Wikipedia they're half brothers which means one of them is a half bread like either Oswald is carrying the mouse blood inside him or Mickey is carrying the rabbit blood inside him. I know I consider them as brothers right now, i wasn't sure if they're technically brothers and Walt is the father?
