That dude is so drunk it’s way too funny. I like this type of videos recorded by actual audience at a reasonable distance with good quality over the music videos. This, makes me feel like I’m there more so than other videos.

It must be a family friendly place, judging by the children present, so perhaps it's a place that serves nothing stronger than beer. It's none of my business,, of course, but as an avid Melissa fan, I felt compelled to express my concern for that idiot being allowed to act the fool.
