Excellent content, presented in a practical and impactful manner. I have used your videos in my Bible Study class during our studying of the Israelites wandering in the wilderness. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive! Thank you for the application tools as well. Wonderful resource!

Now I know where my fear of intimacy comes from!
Please can you give an example of affirmation criticism and affirmation? Thanks.
Mind focuses only on negative. For example, if I praise cooking of my wife 100 times & one time I criticise it even for valid reason, and if I check after six months, only criticism will be remembered …. Can you explain this in psychology terms?

Sorry to sound negative but by preceding critism with affirmation and closing with another affirmation doesn't that make it what they call a shit sandwich? They do this at work a lot and its feel disorientating
you're very likely to criticize other people's mistakes
why is your face so loud
Wonderful guidelines when being a critic.
1. Do I love to criticize?
2. Am I doing it to help?
3. Will I do it kindly?
He has the right to criticize who has the heart to help.
Replacement of Criticism is AFFIRMATION
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts.
When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. wiki
