Letting everyone know just in case that Herschel has severely downgraded the bag. One comment one their website says.. "However, this looks much cheaper than before: the material is thinner and any rain soaks it. There is no padding or breathable mesh in the back, making you sweat a lot. The fake leather straps look real cheap. The inside is no longer coloured, making it very difficult to see inside if there is little light and taking away one of the coolest things of a Herschel backpack. The padded sleeve is a huge downgrade, not only is it thinner, it also only covers half of a 16in laptop, and it only has padding in one side. Overall, this is worse than the previous model and costs more. I would not purchase this again."
The little america is well built. My neice has one for a few years and it still looks good and she doesnt take care of it at all. Please also review the Goruck m22 which is also heritage style. Cheers and God bless.
