Kasuri Falooda | Famous and Delicious Sweet Delicacy of Kasur

Kasur is famous for many things including kasuri falooda. It is a sweet dish loved by many. People not only from Pakistan, but from abroad love eating falooda. Karam Deen works in a shop named ‘Ayub Falooda’ and has been cooking falooda for them for almost 40 years. According to the owner Ahmed Ayub, the shop is almost 50 years old and his father was the one the who started it. The ingredients that are used in making falooda are; rabri, sheera (sugar molasses), ice and sawaiyan. But people from other cities Don’t know the Real Taste Of Falooda So They just come in Ayub Falooda because of Shop’s Decoration. But Let me tell you One Thing, Nafees Falooda Rabri is much thicker and rich in Flavor and Color than Ayub Falooda. I eat Ayub Falooda only once in life. But I eat Nafees Falooda many times in a year because Nafees Falooda’s Quality and Standard is much Higher than Ayub Falooda. Nafees Falooda Shop is next to Ayub Falooda Shop but people from villages and other cities only see the beauty of Shop and enter in Ayub Falooda. Next time, try once Nafees Falooda and You will fall in love with it. I have watched Nafees Falooda Rabri making process with my own eyes 👀. They produce 10 kg Rabri out of 46 kg 🥛 Milk. But Ayub Falooda Shop produce 10 kg Rabri out of 30 kg 🥛 Milk. Believe me because I am very sensitive in choosing things and love to observe food from each and every angle. Long Live Pakistan 🇵🇰
