I feel like it really depends on the school and their situation for them to have really nice rooms. Most teachers do care. It's normally teachers have to buy things out of pocket so they can't really do a lot with their rooms.
Idk what she does but ik if I was a teacher I would pick a place like the lakeshore chairs and then draw a name and that would be who sit there Or on Friday you could let them pick where they want to sit so it’s fair
You just get these big labels with everyone’s names on them and in the beginning of the day or week when u go in class you have to look for your name on a seat and find it. At least that’s what it was in my 5th grade. My teacher would put a name tag on each seat and that’s where we sat for the rest of the week until it changed again.
I just found your channel so i’m not sure if you know this yet but if you everr need cheap education items check out your local college’s surplus warehouses! I work in higher education and we are constantly sending seating, frames, white boards, tvs and literally ANYTHING else you can find to our surplus warehouse and it’s available for professors to take for their rooms or for CHEAP resale to the public!! Like as in a $500 projector for only $50!! Love your classroom design by the way!

One of my friends in elementary school used to freak out about where to sit on the carpet, she would be super overwhelmed having to choose where to sit with flexible seating.
I haven't run into that problem yet! However, if a student were feeling anxious about it, they could always have a permanent spot that just belonged to them :) I'm open to whatever is going to be best for my students and make them feel most comfortable.
Every class I had in school if teachers didn't pick seats, we'd always sit in same seat we sat in on our first day. It's crazy how nobody bothered to switch.

Lillian Hanze I’m going into highschool (9th grade ) . Have fun but stay focused on your work , when you go into highschool things do start to count and matter . If you want to do something do it even if people are making fun of you because at the end of the day it’s your life and you should fulfill your soul with positive things you want to do ❤️
At my highschool we have some of this things like the balls and the stools basically a lot of different seating but them bad kids always poppin stuff or breaking it. This why we can never have good things 🤦♀️
I have autism and this is my fav class that I have ever seen, with autism i need to have flexible seating and items to fidget with and a positive environment. You also remind me of my fav teacher and you use some of the same decor as her. Thank you for showing me that you care for your class I really appreciate it.

Omg this reminds me of my 6th grade class 😊!!! It was my favorite year of school ever! My teacher was the best, cared about the kids and their needs. We got to go outside and run laps if we needed a 5 minute break during math, or work outside if it was too crowded inside, move chairs around, pick your seats (like I had a large rocking chair that was my desk since I liked being more isolated and liked to move around), and omg the best was that she let us eat in class whenever as long as it wasn’t too distracting. She gave out candy like everyday if we were good and so much more. It was the best.
This class is everything I love how u make kids want to go to school GREAT JOB I love teachers who actually love there students and actually want to teach ❤️
I'm starting college this month to become a high school agriculture teacher. Videos like this make me want to teach Elementary because I love the cutesy wall decorations.
Everyone is saying how much they’d love this, but , honestly, I love standard classroom settings. I suppose it’s partly because those tables are quite small and we just have rectangular tables between two people, so we get more space than with a chair and a pull out desk. Also, in my class, everyone would just be doing forward rolls over the yoga balls and tipping each other off stools and egg chairs. Despite this , it would still be a lovely classroom environment and that teacher really cares about her students.

My 3rd grade experience was the worst, here’s why: •My teacher slept through everything he “taught” us. •He slept on the carpet once. •He told a student to take over the class for an hour. •More than half the class failed 3rd grade •He picked favorites.(I was one of them I was not happy why? Because he would look at my paper for one second and put a 4 on it) •He talked about his personal life. •He always looked tired. I was lucky I passed or I wouldn’t be going to middle school this year I would’ve gone to 5th if I only i had a better teacher who actually taught us important things rather than sleep (I’m lucky that I payed attention to other teachers and did extra work at home) ;(
All I has was those blue plastic chairs. Me, being skinny & having no butt would always sit on my feet and get fussed at for it. I also would get my hair stuck in the little screw things so yeah, fun times.
This brings me back to the days that I only had one classroom and it would look so nice and welcoming. I miss those days!!! 😢😢😢 This makes me sad cause now I realized that I am old.
if you put the trapezoid tables by the reading area with all of books in the bins so then they can read at the table or the camping chairs over their because they won’t be writing. then make a u shape with the chairs by the tv. then you could make a u facing the white board so then put the chairs along the tables. have the beach chairs by the tv for the floor.

I’m going into 5th grade this year and it’s so exciting to get an idea of what all my teachers go through every year to make us students have the best school year possible 😃📚❤️🎒
My 3rd grade experience was the worst, here’s why:
•My teacher slept through everything he “taught” us.
•He slept on the carpet once.
•He told a student to take over the class for an hour.
•More than half the class failed 3rd grade
•He picked favorites.(I was one of them I was not happy why? Because he would look at my paper for one second and put a 4 on it)
•He talked about his personal life.
•He always looked tired.
I was lucky I passed or I wouldn’t be going to middle school this year I would’ve gone to 5th if I only i had a better teacher who actually taught us important things rather than sleep (I’m lucky that I payed attention to other teachers and did extra work at home) ;(
All I has was those blue plastic chairs. Me, being skinny & having no butt would always sit on my feet and get fussed at for it. I also would get my hair stuck in the little screw things so yeah, fun times.
Wondering where this school is located and how to travel back in time to third grade...
loving the layout. I love the white table with the crate seats. you should put the two plastic blue muskoka chairs in the reading area.
Your classroom is a dream place now i just want to be a teacher
This brings me back to the days that I only had one classroom and it would look so nice and welcoming. I miss those days!!! 😢😢😢 This makes me sad cause now I realized that I am old.
What I would do is I would draw a layout of the room and put it how you like it on paper. Idk 😐 that’s what helps me
if you put the trapezoid tables by the reading area with all of books in the bins so then they can read at the table or the camping chairs over their because they won’t be writing. then make a u shape with the chairs by the tv. then you could make a u facing the white board so then put the chairs along the tables. have the beach chairs by the tv for the floor.
