I just got my cloud massager and returned the renpho. I'd say the heat is a bit more noticeable on the renpho model at first, but cloud does work it's way up. Cloud comes with a vibration mode and it also can sway, renpho doesn't have those. In terms of pressure cloud provides wayy more, don't know if I'll ever use the highest setting, renpho was a very gentle massage. Kept the cloud because I felt like it can provide more variation and options, the renpho was a little too simple and gentle for me.
