Hi firstly pick a question you feel you have a good idea on how you should approach. Then ask yourself questions under the main question like why is this necessary? Then, find an example where it was necessary. Basically, break down the main question with smaller questions, and then find examples that answer these "mini-questions". Hope that helps.

You can in your introduction use it as a reason as to why you chose that question. Then, with your examples, if you personally have an instance where the thing in your example happened to you, you can bring it up, but try not to use just your personal experience as an example for your AOK
I know I'm not the channel and this might be too late: but limiting your WOK will definitely depend on the prompt and I would disagree with your teachers' recommendation. Of course, if a title states "address this statement with reference to two WOK," then obviously you MUST use two WOK (and no more than two) or you will lose marks. As for when the title does not require them, applicable WOKs vary greatly from AOK to AOK. For example, the AOK of natural sciences may depend on Sense Perception or Language and little on Faith; so limiting your argument to say "one WOK" like Faith would greatly limit how you may discuss the natural sciences under one title. Though discussing faith within the natural sciences would be an excellent exploration of WOK, we have to make sure these discussions align with the title you chose.
