Symone’ Beez is the GOAT! Her webinar was highly informative, interactive and comprehensive. She is the consummate professional! 👏🏾

Symone is so knowledgeable, inspiring, and doesn’t gate keep! Definitely pay attention to her!
Using tip 1 was the way I got my job as tech analyst definitely dropping gems
Glad to hear that!
People without experience watching this video 💀💀💀💀💀💀
😆
The interviews I post of people with no experience landing jobs yal don't watch 🤷🏽♀️
I'm watching 👀. I'm curious.
The fact you haven’t worked in 12 months and still landed a job is the real flex ❤
@@laroycefowler1497 depends on the job really.
I would not mind doing some development or database admin remote job. Been in tech since before 1997 :) I have to actually leave stuff off my resume. Thanks for the info and all the best.
So true with networking. I'm glad you mentioned the word genuine.
Networking is key! Thanks for watching!
I love your content Simone, thank you 🙏🏾
omg! thank you! This video was beyond helpful!!! I found a hidden gem in this video.
Props to you for actually sharing your resume.
Thank you. I'm working on security plus then I'm going to apply to a fed job by using ai. I will post about success in 3 months on your vedio of that time
Ima do CCNA let’s get into contact it can be a more controlled observation with more people
How are you going to apply using AI?
@ I’ve done it the ai reads the resumes when you learn this you can apply it to your own resume with keywords to get picked up I’ve been testing it
Good luck, keep me posted!
Actually been doing tip 1 for a little bit now. I’m on the path.
Nice! Staying consistent works.
Great information! I appreciate your genuine transparency!
me and my girl was just talking about you hope everything with the new job going okay
Thank you!
Jobs are now asking if you used AI for your resume. My last two interviews asked me.
Not in GovTech.
Just lie and say no
😂
Lisssssen sis! I'm booked to be at GovTech con in December, ready to soak up knowledge!❤❤ Congratulations, Beez!🎉🎉🎉
Excellent advice/information!!! Thank you!
Thanks for watching! Glad you found it helpful!
It's rediculous we have to do these work arounds to get around the ATS applicant tracking systems. Basically we all ahve to outdo the AI with each other because HR departments are too cheap or lazy to hire competent recruiters and think Taleo or Workday will magically do the recuirting for them.
I hear that 😂😅
Thanks for the information Beez!!
No problem! Hope it helps!
Great content. Thank you for sharing.
Didn't know you was a TAM yooo! Ya boyy's doing that now at AWS. It's definitely a very cool role!
Yes! Curious to hear how AWS TAM is vs TAM at my previous startup.
Am trying to get you, I got 2 remote tech jobs, security. But only one is six figs. I did get the second from linkedin recruiter message. 10 months in though, still looking for that 2nd six fig job.
pure gold
You have a masters from john hopkins. That is the secret.
27 out of 30 credits not quite lol degrees don't matter that much
great info
Thanks for watching! Be sure to subscribe for more.
Symone, do you do consults? I need help making my mini pc portable. Right now, I am hardwired to router by Ethernet. Can’t change admin settings to WiFi. Is there a way to set up a travel router so that I am plugged into it while traveling?
Beez I thought recruiters hate when you blindly send your resume in Linkedin messages? Also what do you think about Linkedin's recommended job feature or top applicant feature?
i'm waiting on these lives BEEZ
LOL travel has been crazy I'll be be back this weekend
Attending Symone B. Beez’s GovTech Academy free training was an incredibly insightful experience! The session not only highlighted the essential skills needed to excel in the government tech sector but also revealed the many lucrative opportunities that exist in GovTech. Symone's clear guidance on breaking into high-paying roles through practical knowledge in software engineering and cybersecurity was both empowering and practical. I appreciated her detailed advice on navigating this specialized field, from securing certifications to understanding the nuances of government technology. Her personal journey-starting from early tech roles to becoming a respected leader and mentor-was inspiring and showed how dedication and targeted skills can open doors to financial freedom. This training didn’t just focus on the technical side; it also emphasized career development, personal branding, and building confidence in a highly competitive industry. If you’re serious about a tech career with real impact, Symone's training is the perfect launchpad! - Temar Tesfamariam.
I know people working over a decade don't makev6 figures in fed govt.
They are severely underpaid.
@@symonebeez I agree. Most gov't employees are that's why I find your videos so interesting. Like the Da Vinci code or something.
They all senior positions no brainer. Now a test without putting experience on your resume would be a good video. It's a good video though once you get your foot in the door.
The interviews of people with no experience landing jobs on my page yal don't watch 😂
@@symonebeez I didn't see those. I will watch.
@@symonebeez There was another website I think you mentioned on another video for gov't jobs. Was it clearance jobs or governement jobs? It was something like that. It wasn't USAJobs.
Ironically enough. I've already seen plenty of recruiter posts on LinkedIn saying they no longer bother reading cover letters because of how many are Ai generated.
Hi, I'm currently looking for cyber security job. Can you hire me at your firm.
If you need help with your Resume, please let me know
Is your information only based off a US audience or will this information be practical for anyone around the world?
US audience I don't know the global IT job market
@@symonebeez Thanks for clarification.
😅 I’m listening

Super misleading theme of this video as most people who are struggling to actually find jobs right now have none of the experience that you have. Sure the tech market isn't dead, but it's only open for people who have plenty of experience, certifications, and clearance like you.
False people with no experience in my community are landing jobs.
The theme of the video is breaking down how I got two job offers in 2 weeks 😂
So why can’t people get these certifications, experience and clearance? People stay whining about what they do t have. You have unlimited access to Pell grants( as long as you aren’t a felon) if you are not a felon you can get a security clearance. You can use Pell grants for college-community college, online classes etc. WGU is on 4k per six months. 8-9k per year. A Pell grant will pay for that. You literally can get a bachelors degree in a year. UA-cam and AI can help with resume and interview skills. We live in America folks there are unlimited resources opportunities to us. Libraries have free internet access. Some have small courses as well. There’s coursea, edx, udemy and many more. If you want the information you can get it.
@@YouAREyoubeYouexactly!
People want a good life without working for it.
@@YouAREyoubeYouPell grants aren’t unlimited and education isn’t always accessible for everyone. Everyone deserves a comfortable life.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 man this for people with experience
I never said I didn't have experience? Lol how bout you go watch my last two interviews with people with no experience? Both videos have less than 10k views
why get a job when u can make 4-5 figures a day trading forex
Do you currently do that?
@@vitoratio2718 yea bro and it takes very little brain power and honestly a 3rd grader can do it
Is that not also someone’s job? 🤷🏾♂️
