For about a week now, I've been falling asleep to this. Obviously, once I calm myself by taking deep breaths and relaxing my mind, once I put this video on, I just zonk out. I just really like how it transitions to soft talking/whispering. It helps me fall asleep fast. It's definitely due to the combination of being pampered and comforted. I just wanted to leave a comment since I don't often do so as much nowadays.
