Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce recipe ( how I do it )
Ingredients :
250g - Seedless green cucumber
70g - Pickled cucumbers
450g - Strained Greek yogurt... I used Fage 5%, but you can use any brand of Greek yogurt, the important thing is that it doesn't contain juice
3 cloves of garlic (about 10 g)
1 tablespoon dried dill...preferably fresh dill
3 tablespoons of oil
pepper and salt to taste
