Has anyone else had issues with Legend: Haste bugging out and not actually giving you the ability haste on your stat sheet? If I'm late on it, please let me know wtf is going on with it, thanks.
It gives you haste, but doesnt show on your haste stat because is only for basic skills, you can test it in training mode
