Hi Erika, I think it's ok as long as you're not overstaying the duration your passport/ visit pass allows, but there's no official statement about that. We can only submit the info to our best ability. 😊

Hi now they allow flexibility, you can still fill it up upon arrival. Starting from 1st Jan, every foreign traveller has to fill it up within three days before arrival.

Hi, if you need to go through immigration (for example you have to collect your luggage during the transfer), then you need MDAC. If your baggage is checked-through, then mdac is not required.

Thank you, I registered again today but no reply mail today also@@theresearchfiles. To check our registration we need a pin which will be sent via mail. So cant check status without pin. Is the site down, because I saw on Twitter many facing difficulty in getting to submit the form itself

You only need MDAC for international travelling in to Malaysia. Miri to KL flights is a domestic flight, hence MDAC is not required.
