The light changes occurred because of the very bright light entering your door (or window) at the left side of the video. As you move your face, the camera tries to focus you (sometimes you cover part or all of the light behind) which mean an adjustment to make you look good; then when you move again, the camera needs to readjust the focus with the new brightness.
