Few months ago, You recommended Ardbeg 5 and Ardbeg 10 instead of buying Glenfiddich 18, and man, I bought all three, and they were all amazing. I trust your recommendations blindly!
@@KanwarAnand A few months ago, I already had it with my dad. I believe JW 18 isn't as good because you previously recommended that I avoid purchasing JW 18 and instead opt for Ardbeg 5, 10, and Glenfiddich 18. I will send ss of your recommendation in your telegram account.
Hi Kanwar. Great and natural content. Good job. Would put some recommendations if you you can get your hands on all Irish whiskeys • Redbreast 12 Years Pot Still • Bushmills Black Bush • Bushmills 21 Years • YellowSpot Cheers
Hi Kanwar. I saw you on Lalit Fragrances and its an absolute treat to watch you give your first impressions on fragrances. Your impressions are very genuine and you seem to enjoy those whiffs whole heartedly and as an another fragrance enthusiast i just love to see genuine reactions and love the way the fragrance community’s growing in india. plz do more fragrance videos too on this channel. you and ashish bhai are always fun to watch. Prost 🥂
I agree with both the list as i hv tried almost all of them. But for paul john hv diff opinion, paul john brilliance is one of the best so far..for me..try it once
Hah interesting list dude, I agree with all your 'try' s. If you want a more hefty Glenfiddich 15, try the distiller's edition of you can at 51%abv and non chill filtered. On your 'avoid' list I was not surprised to see the Classic Laddie as it is a divisive malt but I do really like it. Paul John Bold and Old Pulteney 12 are decent whiskies in my opinion, nothing to shout about but good. Cheers Kanwar!
Except few people who are used to having it on the rocks/neat or some uncles,Kanwar Badshah suggests the best whiskeys because they gel well in ice&water,if it passes the ice&water test whiskey is the one to buy. Another name for this channel could've been Ice&Water😅
It seems like you like peaty more. In all honesty, I like generic Islay and highland (and sometimes speyside too but not too much) Your recommendations are inclined more towards Islay but I also like to have Aberfeldy and Balvenie in my collection. There is a possibility that these in India taste different than in the US (due to obvious reasons) I think you can describe the flavor of the spirits but they might be people who could enjoy the Aberfeldy and Balvenie. I personal don't like the Laddie but I love their Charlotte so I agree there.
Ardbeg 10 is around Rs 6000 or 6500 in Gurgaon itself. Ardbeg Wee Bestie 5 might be around 5k or so. The best from the Ardbeg range are definitely Ardbeg Corryvrekan and the Ardbeg Uigeadail For people who like Ham/Pork especially roasted ribs - The Ardbeg 10 will definitely remind you of that. The smoke isn't as medicinal and Iodine like as is the case with Laphraoig 10 but is more leathery. Bruichladdiich is interesting. I would prefer going for the Port Charlotte variant from the same distillery. Last but NOT the least, i really appreaciate you being honest with Indian whiskeys. I won't appreciate a whiskey just because it's Indian. Paul John Olroso is decent and so is maybe one variant of Amrut. But the rest are quite average - Godawan, Rampur etc.
I can swear I saw it for 4800-5000 in December at Liquor Warehouse so please try for Ardbeg 10 there. I only saw the 5 and the 10 there, there was no UIGIDAIL (possibly the best of the lot) The 10 does have gourmanish appeal and hues of smoke without in your face peat.
It's a really really really young whiskey. The only prominent smell on the nose is that of citrus and tooo fruity. Awful whiskey. But it's for complete and absolute beginners.
I completely disagree on Paul John. Never heard anyone disapprove of it. Anyways taste is subjective. I love Bold and agree on the rest of your video. 🍻
@@cherianphilip4707 yea, they both are basic entry level pours. India needs to have more bourbon, single malt whiskey don’t stand a chance when you have a good bourbon!!

What do you do other than reviewing whiskey so that people gives you high valued single malt costing 15-20 k or even more 😊😊😊
Kilchoman selling for 3300 at G-Town Wines @Bristol. Bought it yesterday.
Excellent reviews..... Chivas regal 18 is also disappointed.....what is your view...❤
You must review Glendronach . You'll love it. Although I'm sure you've already tasted it..
Completely agreed on paul john and balvenie even rampur is equally bad

Which single malts would you suggest to a Blended Scotch guy like you if he wants to try some good entry level single malts, budget 3-6-6.5k
Glenlivet 12

Cool
Great guidance
What about Ardmore,Talisker ?
Talisker is brilliant. Ardmore is also very good. Both are smoky
Writers tears Irish whiskey kaise lgi. Mere ko bhut Achchi lgi.
not tried
only tried Jameson and bushmills from Irish whiskeys
How do you think people like Bourbon in India? I like to have a good collection of whiskies and I absolutely love Bourbon 🤤 🥃
Indians haven't discovered the world of bourbons yet and tbh there aren't many choices beyond Jim beam and Woodford reserve here

Kahan se li bro? I ask this because we don't get them everywhere
Gurgaon has all these.
From Kya Aapke Toothpase Mein Namak Hai to Old Pultney saying Haa Meri Whiskey Mein Hain, this is demotion
No one drinks whiskey for salt but some drinks with salt or satmola 😂
Macallan ??
Unsure if a MacAllan costs less than 10k
That’s why didn’t include
Mcllan
Any comment on Monkey Shoulder Please..
It’s a blended malt, not a single malt so didn’t feature in here. Totally worth buying mind you. Full utility.
try CHITA
i own a bottle.. dont like..
Chita bhi Peetha hai
